Home Equity Line of Credit-The fully indexed Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is Prime + a margin. “Prime” means the prime rate as published in The Wall Street Journal. Minimum monthly payment is required. The interest rate may increase or decrease based on the terms of the note. Other closing costs may apply. Property must be single family, owner-occupied. Residential Mortgage Loan Rate Disclosures

Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) - This is an adjustable interest rate loan. Your interest rate is subject to change on your anniversary date. EAGLE.bank normal underwriting guidelines apply.
Due to market fluctuations, interest rates are subject to change at any time without notice. This is strictly an example of a 30 and 15-year loan product. Interest rates are also subject to credit and property approval based on secondary market guidelines.

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is based on a $100,000 loan amount, with a term of either 15 or 30 years with a loan-to-value (LTV) of 80% and estimated prepaid interest of 15 – 30 days.
The APR may vary depending on the closing date and other closing costs. Closing costs are an estimate and applies to loans in the approved lending area of EAGLE.bank.
Loans exceeding the 80% LTV are subject to Private Mortgage Insurance which would increase the monthly payment.
